Ingredients
2 | (10-inch) flour tortillas |
3 | tablespoons Ranch dressing |
1 | cup shredded Mexican cheese blend |
6 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® microwave ready bacon |
1 | (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® all natural chicken breast |
½ | cup pico de gallo |
¼ | cup chopped pickled jalapeño |
Garnish: Ranch dressing, fresh cilantro sprigs |
Directions
Lightly spray 1 side of each flour tortilla with cooking spray. Prepare griddle for medium heat.
Place 1 tortilla on griddle (sprayed side down). Spread ranch dressing evenly over tortilla. Layer with half the cheese and remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and top with remaining tortilla, (sprayed side up); press with a spatula. Cook 4 minutes or until browned. Flip and cook 3 to 4 more minutes.
Cut into quarters. Serve with additional ranch dressing and cilantro, if desired.
