Deviled Eggs with Canadian Bacon

12 large hardboiled eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup finely chopped HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Garnish: chopped HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon, chives


  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.

  2. Remove yolks, keeping whites intact. In medium bowl, mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients.

  3. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.

  4. Top with finely chopped Canadian bacon and chives, if desired.
