Jalapeno Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients

 
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Jalapeño Bacon, cut in half
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425° F. Cook bacon in microwave covered with paper towels on HIGH 2 minutes.

  2. Wrap each shrimp with 1/2- slice jalapeño bacon, securing with toothpick or skewer if needed. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp and bacon are fully cooked.
