Ingredients
1 | (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Jalapeño Bacon, cut in half |
1 | pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
2 | tablespoons olive oil |
Directions
Heat oven to 425° F. Cook bacon in microwave covered with paper towels on HIGH 2 minutes.
Wrap each shrimp with 1/2- slice jalapeño bacon, securing with toothpick or skewer if needed. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp and bacon are fully cooked.
