|2||cups shredded cheddar cheese|
|12||slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® microwave ready bacon, cooked according to package directions, chopped|
|1||Roma tomato, chopped|
|1||jalapeño, thinly sliced|
|2||tablespoons chopped cilantro, if desired|
|½||cup sour cream for serving, if desired|
Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment or foil. Bake potato nuggets according to package directions. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Top with bacon. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Top with tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro and sour cream if desired.
