Roasted Honey and Bacon Brussels Sprouts

2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
6 HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, chopped


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. On large baking sheet, toss together Brussels sprouts, mustard, butter, orange juice, honey, salt and pepper. Bake 40 minutes or until crisply tender.

  3. In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned and crisp; remove to paper towel to drain. Add to Brussels sprouts; toss to combine.
