|2||ounces cream cheese, softened|
|¼||cup almond flour|
|2||teaspoons sweetener of choice, such as stevia or monk fruit|
|½||teaspoon baking powder|
|½||cup chopped and cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon|
|Chaffle toppings: Chopped and toasted pecans, unsweetened whipped cream, low carb pancake syrup and additional chopped and cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, as desired|
Grease mini waffle maker and preheat.
In medium bowl, combine eggs and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth. Stir in almond flour, sweetener, baking powder and bacon. Fill waffle maker with 1/4 of the mixture at a time. Cook until fully set and golden brown. Remove chaffle from waffle iron. Set aside. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Serve chaffles with chaffle toppings, as desired.
