2 eggs
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup almond flour
2 teaspoons sweetener of choice, such as stevia or monk fruit
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup chopped and cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon
Chaffle toppings: Chopped and toasted pecans, unsweetened whipped cream, low carb pancake syrup and additional chopped and cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, as desired


  1. Grease mini waffle maker and preheat.

  2. In medium bowl, combine eggs and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth. Stir in almond flour, sweetener, baking powder and bacon. Fill waffle maker with 1/4 of the mixture at a time. Cook until fully set and golden brown. Remove chaffle from waffle iron. Set aside. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  3. Serve chaffles with chaffle toppings, as desired.
