Ingredients
1 | (14-ounce) can HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Roast Beef Hash |
1½ | tablespoons chopped onion |
1 | cup barbeque sauce, plus more to taste |
1½ | tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
Salt and pepper, to taste | |
4 | hamburger buns, split and toasted |
4 | (1-ounce) slices American cheese |
Directions
In large skillet, cook hash and onion over medium heat, stirring, 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is softened. Stir in barbeque sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes longer or until hot. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hash mixture on buns; top with cheese. Serve with additional barbeque sauce, if desired.
