| 2 | (14-ounce) cans HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash | 
| 12 | CHI-CHI’S® 10-inch flour tortillas | 
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 2 | cups shredded cheese | 
| 2 | cups CHI-CHI’S® salsa | 
| 2 | green bell peppers, sliced | 
| 1 | onion, chopped | 
| sour cream, as desired | |

Directions
- Heat grill to medium heat. Scramble eggs in cast iron skillet. Push eggs to one side of skillet and add hash until hot. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
- To heat tortillas, wrap in tin foil and let sit on the grill 1 minute or until warm. 
- Lay tortillas on a plate and spoon heated eggs and hash mixture. Top with cheese, salsa, peppers, onion, sour cream and bacon pieces, if desired.
