|1||pound frozen store-bought pizza dough, thawed|
|¼||cup olive oil|
|½||cup store-bought pizza sauce|
|4||ounces shredded mozzarella|
|½||cup HORMEL® Pepperoni Cup N’ Crisp|
|¼||cup sliced mushrooms|
|¼||cup sliced sundried tomatoes|
|¼||cup sliced red onion|
|Crushed red pepper and flaked sea salt, as desired|
Heat to 475°F. Place a 12-inch cast-iron skillet in the oven to preheat for 10 minutes.
Roll or stretch dough into a 14-inch circle. Carefully remove skillet from the oven. Drizzle two thirds of the olive oil into the skillet, then carefully transfer the dough to the skillet, pressing the dough up edges of pan. Spread sauce over dough. Sprinkle with the mozzarella. Top with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, red onion and pepperoni. Brush dough edges with the remaining olive oil. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to a cutting board, top crushed red pepper and salt as desired. Cut into slices and serve.
