2 | teaspoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir Fry Oil |
1 | (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast |
6 | ounces mushrooms, coarsely chopped |
8 | ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped |
1 | clove garlic, minced |
½ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Szechuan Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce |
½ | cup sliced mini red peppers |
¼ | cup shredded carrots |
2 | green onions, chopped |
12 | lettuce leaves |
Directions
In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add turkey. Stir to crumble, approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts and garlic. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Add sliced peppers and carrots. Cook 1 minute.
Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
