| 2 | teaspoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir Fry Oil |
| 1 | (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey |
| ¾ | cup chopped green onions |
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon grated ginger |
| 1 | red bell pepper, diced |
| ½ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce |
| 3 | cups cooked rice |
| Suggested Toppings: Shredded carrots, ready to eat edamame, sliced cucumbers and sliced jalapeno peppers |
Directions
In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add turkey. Stir to crumble, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Add green onions, garlic, ginger and red pepper. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in stir-fry sauce.
In each of 4 individual serving bowls, divide rice. Top each bowl with Turkey mixture and suggested toppings.
