2 teaspoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir Fry Oil
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
¾ cup chopped green onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 red bell pepper, diced
½ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
3 cups cooked rice
Suggested Toppings: Shredded carrots, ready to eat edamame, sliced cucumbers and sliced jalapeno peppers

Directions

  1. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add turkey. Stir to crumble, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Add green onions, garlic, ginger and red pepper. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in stir-fry sauce.

  2. In each of 4 individual serving bowls, divide rice. Top each bowl with Turkey mixture and suggested toppings.
