2 cups coleslaw mix
¼ cup Asian dressing
1 (16-ounce) tub LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce
1 (16.3) ounce refrigerated biscuits


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. In medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix and dressing. Set aside.

  3. Using a rolling pin, roll each biscuit until flat.

  4. Press one flattened biscuit into each well of muffin tin.

  5. Add 2 tablespoons of shredded pork into each muffin. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is hot. Let cool 5 minutes. Remove from tin. Top each with a spoonful of slaw.
