|¼||cup Asian dressing|
|1||(16-ounce) tub LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce|
|1||(16.3) ounce refrigerated biscuits|
Heat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix and dressing. Set aside.
Using a rolling pin, roll each biscuit until flat.
Press one flattened biscuit into each well of muffin tin.
Add 2 tablespoons of shredded pork into each muffin. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is hot. Let cool 5 minutes. Remove from tin. Top each with a spoonful of slaw.
