30 wonton wrappers*, approximately
1 (15-ounce) container LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork (or Chicken) in Original BBQ Sauce
¾ cup thinly sliced green onion
¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Canola oil for deep-frying
Sriracha sauce, or your favorite chili sauce, to serve


  1. Place 1 wrapper on work surface. Place a rounded teaspoon of pork in center of wrapper. Add some green onion and cilantro. Brush edge with egg wash. Pinch edges of wrapper together in center to form a pouch. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap.

  2. Repeat with remaining wrappers, pork, green onion, cilantro and egg wash. Keep wontons covered.

  3. Cook in hot, 350°F. oil, in small batches, for 60 seconds or until golden brown and hot in center. Place on wire rack over baking sheet and keep warm in oven until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite chili dipping sauce, if desired.
