Ingredients
1 | tablespoon olive oil |
1 | large yellow onion, chopped |
3 | garlic cloves, chopped |
1 | (16-ounce) container LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce |
1 | cup Carolina barbeque sauce |
1 | cup dark brown sugar |
1 | (14.5-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained |
4 | (16-ounce) cans navy beans, drained and rinsed |
1 | tablespoon coarse ground mustard |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in large oven-safe, Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until tender.
Add barbeque pork and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Bring mixture to a simmer. Remove from heat.
Cover and bake 1 hour.
