1 | (16-ounce) container LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce, heated according |
4 | large burrito-sized tortillas |
8 | slices pepper jack cheese |
Pickled red onions | |
Pickled jalapenos | |
1 | tablespoon butter, divided |
Directions
Fill each tortilla evenly with ingredients. Roll up burritos. In large skillet, over medium heat, melt half the butter. Place burritos two at a time in skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, turning to griddle all sides, until toasted and light brown. Repeat with remaining butter and 2 burritos.
