This easy-to-make taco is perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner that is sure to please your taste buds. Made with VALLEY FRESH® chicken seasoned to perfection with cumin and chili powder and finished off with your favorite taco toppings.
Ingredients
1 | (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural* White Chicken, drained |
1 | tablespoon vegetable oil |
½ | tablespoon chili powder |
½ | teaspoon cumin |
8 | crispy taco shells |
Diced tomatoes, if desired | |
Diced jalapeños, if desired | |
Diced red onion, if desired | |
Chopped cilantro, if desired | |
Lime juice, if desired |
Directions
In large skillet, cook chicken in oil until heated. Stir in chili powder and cumin.
Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells. Top with chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, red onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime, if desired.
