With just a few simple steps, you can have a delicious meal in no time. After 15 minutes in a citrus marinade, simply add VALLEY FRESH® chicken to a wok and stir fry with your favorite veggies and serve over hot rice.

Ingredients

 
½ cup prepared citrus marinade
1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural* White Chicken, drained
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups fresh stir-fry vegetables (such as onions, peppers and pea pods)
Brown rice, cooked according to package directions
Grated orange peel, for garnish

Directions

  1. In large plastic food storage bag, combine marinade with chicken. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok. Add vegetables and stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add chicken with sauce to vegetables and heat until warmed through, about 2 minutes.

  3. Serve over brown rice and garnish with grated orange peel.
