Ingredients

20 slices HORMEL® Pepperoni
2 cups PLANTERS® Dry Roasted Peanuts
1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
¼ fluid ounce shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped green onions
1 (15-ounce) WHOLLY ® Guacamole Classic Mild Guacamole Family Size
1 (15-ounce) jar HERDEZ® Chunky Salsa Mild
1 (28-ounce) HORMEL GATHERINGS® Hard Salami, Pepperoni & Cheese Party Tray
1 (11-ounce) bag tortilla chips
8 mini sweet peppers; halved and seeded
2 mini cucumbers, sliced
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place pepperoni slices on large rimmed sheet pan. Bake 5 to 7 minutes, or until crispy, adding peanuts to one side of sheet pan during last minute of baking. Remove pepperoni to paper towel lined plate. Let cool.

  2. On a 12 x 20-inch platter, place 4 (12 to 14-ounce) ceramic bowls. Add crisped pepperoni and toasted peanuts to one bowl.

  3. Fill another bowl with chili. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 2½ minutes, or until hot. Top with cheese, sour cream and green onions. Add to platter.

  4. Fill another bowl with guacamole. Fill final bowl with salsa.

  5. Arrange party tray ingredients around bowls. Fill in spaces with tortilla chips, pepper halves and cucumber slices.
