Sausage Tortellini Soup

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® turkey sausage
  • 2 quarts water
  • 6 cubes HERB-OX® Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (9-ounce) package fresh cheese tortellini pasta
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper), thawed

DIRECTIONS


In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned; drain. Add water, bouillon and garlic powder; bring to a boil. Add pasta; boil 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes until vegetables and pasta are tender.
