BBQ Pulled Pork Rolls

INGREDIENTS


1 (1-pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (16-ounce) package LLOYD’S® Pecanwood Smoked Pulled Pork with Pig Beach Mustard BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried parsley

DIRECTIONS


  1. Lightly spray 9-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Roll bread dough into 10 x 15-inch rectangle.  Cover surface with pork. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Starting with the long edge, roll up jelly-roll style.
  4. Cut into 9 equal pieces. Place cut side down in prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise 1 hour.
  5. Heat oven to 350°F. 
  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Combine butter and parsley. Brush over rolls.
