BBQ Ranch Baguette Pizza

BBQ Ranch Baguette Pizza

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes


1 (24-inch) baguette
¼ cup ranch dressing, plus more for serving if desired
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16-ounce) package LLOYD’S® Pecanwood Smoked & Seasoned Pulled Pork with Pig Beach BBQ Sauce
½ cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
1 Roma tomato, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced


  1. Preheat broiler. Split baguette in half horizontally, then in half crosswise. Place on a large baking sheet cut sides up and broil 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Lower over temperature to 400°F.
  2. Spread ranch dressing over cut sides of bread, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with LLOYD’S® Seasoned Shredded Pork in Kansas City Sauce and smoked gouda.
  3. Bake 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is crisped.
  4. Top with tomatoes and green onions. Serve with additional ranch dressing if desired.
