Barbecue Chicken Pizza

INGREDIENTS


  • 10 ounces cooked and shredded chicken
  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
  • 1 prebaked 10-inch pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ small red onion, sliced
  • 2 cups HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 450°F.
In medium bowl, toss chicken with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce. Spread remaining ½ cup sauce over crust. Top with cheese, chicken mixture and onion slices. Sprinkle evenly with bacon toppings. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
