Chicken Noodle Soup in a Jar



PREP TIME: 10 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes


1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
4 (4g) packets HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon Granules or Sodium Free HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon Granules
3 cups egg noodles


1. To assemble, layer ingredients into 16-ounce jar. Decorate and label as desired.
To make the soup:
1. In large saucepan, empty contents of bouillon packets, and remaining contents of jar. Add 5 cups water, 2 diced carrots and 2 diced celery stalks. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in 1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® Chicken Breast, drained. Add additional water, if needed. Remove bay leaf.
