What’s better than warming up with a tasty, homemade bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup?

INGREDIENTS


DIRECTIONS


1. In large saucepan, sauté onion in butter 2 minutes or until softened. Add water and bouillon; bring to a boil.
2. Stir mixed vegetables, chicken and egg noodles into saucepan. Return mixture to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles and vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes
For Vegetable Noodle Soup, substitute HERB-OX® Vegetable Bouillon Cubes for the chicken bouillon. Omit chicken and increase frozen mixed vegetables to 2 cups. Stir in ½ cup canned diced tomatoes, if desired.
