Lemon Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 (4-to 6-ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon HERB-OX® Chicken Granulated Bouillon
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS


1. Sprinkle chicken with oregano, salt and pepper.
2. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 7 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
3. In small bowl dissolve bouillon granules in hot water.
4. Pour bouillon mixture and lemon juice over chicken. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in butter.
5. Sprinkle with parsley.
