INGREDIENTS


1 (32-ounce) bag frozen potato nuggets
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16-ounce) package LLOYD’S® Seasoned Shredded Beef in Original BBQ Sauce
1 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, if desired
½ cup sour cream for serving, if desired

DIRECTIONS


  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment or foil. Bake potato nuggets according to package directions.
  2. Sprinkle potatoes with 1 cup of the cheese. Top with Lloyd’s® Seasoned Shredded Beef in Original Sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and meat is hot.
  3. Top with tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro and sour cream if desired.
