Pineapple BBQ Rice Bowl

INGREDIENTS


2 small pineapples, halved
1 (16-ounce) package LLOYD’S® Pecanwood Smoked & Seasoned Pulled Pork with Pig Beach BBQ Sauce, heated according to package directions
3 cups cooked rice
½ cup sliced green onions

DIRECTIONS


  1. Cut and remove centers of pineapples to hollow out. Chop up centers; reserve for garnish and to serve alongside.
  2. Divide rice and pork between pineapple bowls. Garnish with chopped pineapple and green onions.
