DIRECTIONS
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat pork and jus, breaking up meat with spoon, 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is shredded and liquid is reduced by half.
Spread mustard on bread slices. Layer 6 bread slices with remaining ingredients and top with remaining bread slices. Butter tops and bottoms of sandwiches.
Heat sandwich press or griddle to medium heat. Place sandwiches on press or griddle. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until toasted.
