  • 2 (15-ounce) packages HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Slow Simmered Beef Shoulder Tips with Gravy
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed
  • 1 (20-ounce) package HORMEL® Homestyle Mashed Potatoes
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, if desired


Heat oven to 350°F. Heat beef according to package directions. Stir in corn and peas. Spoon beef mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

Cook potatoes according to package directions; spoon potatoes into a bowl. Add cream cheese, butter, and garlic powder; mashing until smooth. Spread potato mixture over vegetables; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
