This Creamy Polenta recipe is a versatile and comforting side dish that pairs well with a variety of main courses. Ingredients
1 | cup milk |
1 | cup water |
2 | teaspoons HERB-OX® Sodium Free Granulated Chicken Bouillon |
¾ | cup polenta (not instant) |
⅓ | cup light sour cream |
¼ | cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Directions
In medium saucepan, bring milk, water and bouillon to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add polenta in slow, steady stream. Cook, stirring, 10 minutes or until creamy and thickened.
Stir sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper into polenta.
