1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Sodium Free Granulated Chicken Bouillon
¾ cup polenta (not instant)
cup light sour cream
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. In medium saucepan, bring milk, water and bouillon to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add polenta in slow, steady stream. Cook, stirring, 10 minutes or until creamy and thickened.

  2. Stir sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper into polenta.
