|4||slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon|
|1||shallot, thinly sliced|
|¼||cup apricot preserves|
|¼||cup dried cranberries|
|1||teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped|
|Garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place brie on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 5 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan; cool and crumble. In same saucepan, cook shallots until tender and lightly browned. Stir in preserves and remaining ingredients and cook 1 minute. Stir in bacon.
Spoon bacon mixture over brie. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired. Serve with crackers, fruit or baguette slices.
