Ingredients
| 8 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Thick Cut Bacon |
| 2 | cups chopped fresh spinach |
| 1½ | cups shredded cheddar cheese |
| 4 | ounces cream cheese, softened |
| ⅜ | cup sour cream |
| ½ | cup mayonnaise |
| ¼ | cup chicken or vegetable broth |
| ¼ | cup chopped green onion |
| ¼ | cup chopped fresh parsley leaves |
| ½ | cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon hot sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Cook bacon according to package directions. Cool and crumble.
In large bowl, stir together spinach, bacon and remaining ingredients. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
