8 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Thick Cut Bacon
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chicken or vegetable broth
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cook bacon according to package directions. Cool and crumble.

  3. In large bowl, stir together spinach, bacon and remaining ingredients. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
