|1||tablespoon olive oil|
|12||slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham|
|1||pear, peeled and sliced|
|4||slices fresh mozzarella cheese|
|½||cup spring greens|
Heat panini press or stovetop skillet on medium-high for 3 to 5 minutes.
Lightly brush outer side of each bread slice with olive oil. Layer bread with 3 slices of ham, sliced pear, cheese, and spring greens.
Place sandwich on panini press or in skillet. Cook for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown. If using a skillet, lightly press down sandwich with a spatula or flat lid.
Cut in half and serve with a fresh apple or other fruit.
