4 slices sourdough bread
Dijon mustard
Sliced Manchego cheese
10 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Honey Deli Ham
1 pear, peeled and sliced
1 cup arugula
2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Lightly spread each bread slice with mustard. Layer 2 bread slices with cheese, ham, pear, and arugula. Sandwich together. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.

  2. In large skillet over medium heat cook sandwiches for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown.
