Ingredients

 
cup hot pepper jelly
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, divided
12 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Honey Deli Ham, folded in half
1 medium gala apple; unpeeled, quartered and thinly sliced
6 slices gouda cheese, folded in half
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and cut into 6 equal pieces
1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon jelly in each of 6 evenly spaced areas on prepared sheet. Sprinkle each smear of jelly with ½ teaspoon thyme. Top each with 2 slices ham. Shingle about 5 apple slices over each ham pile. Top ham with cheese. Spread top of cheese with 1 teaspoon mustard. Place 1 pastry rectangle over each mound of ingredients, stretching gently to cover.

  3. Using fork, press and seal pastry to parchment paper. Brush each with egg.

  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Invert pastries. Garnish with remaining thyme.
