|1||pound pizza dough, divided into 2 balls, at room temperature|
|½||cup pizza sauce|
|¼||cup jalapeno pepper slices|
|6||slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked and crumbled|
|2||cups shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1||(5-ounce) package HORMEL® Pepperoni Cup N’ Crisp|
|Hot honey, for serving, if desired|
Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Stretch one dough ball on pizza pan. Top with ¼ cup sauce, 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers slices, half of the bacon pieces and 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Layer on half of the pepperoni slices.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown, cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisped. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 2 pizzas.
Drizzle with hot honey, if desired.
