1 pound penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1 (24 to 26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
30 slices HORMEL® Pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 pounds grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil, if desired


  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, 1 cup shredded mozzarella and parmesan. Transfer mixture to 6 (8-ounce) ramekins. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.

  4. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
