¼ | cup almond butter |
¼ | cup rice vinegar |
2 | tablespoons soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon sriracha sauce |
1 | tablespoon honey |
2 | teaspoons grated ginger |
1 | teaspoon minced garlic |
1 | (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Pork Chops |
Boston bibb lettuce leaves | |

Directions
In small bowl, stir together BBQ sauce, almond butter, vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, ginger and garlic.
In skillet over medium heat, empty contents of pork chops package. Warm pork chops 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in sauce mixture. Using 2 forks, pull pork chop meat to shred in large pieces and coat with warm sauce.
Serve pork in lettuce leaves with rice, carrots, cucumbers, shallots and mint leaves. Squeeze fresh lime juice over filled lettuce wraps.
