Ingredients

2 servings

1 cup finely shredded green cabbage
½ cup shredded carrots
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
¼ cup ranch dressing
Kosher salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Chicken Breast
2 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. In bowl, stir together cabbage, carrots, celery and ranch dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in hot sauce. Add contents of chicken package. Toss to coat; cook 2 minutes or until heated through, breaking up chicken into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Top each tortilla with half of the cabbage mixture, followed by half of the warm chicken. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon blue cheese. Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll up.
