2 | cloves garlic, minced |
2 | tablespoons tomato paste |
2 | tablespoons shawarma blend seasoning |
1 | cup chicken broth |
1 | (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Chicken Thighs |
8 | mini naan flatbreads, grilled or warmed |
½ | cup pickled red onion |
2 | cups diced cucumbers |
2 | cups diced cherry tomatoes |
3 | tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
Purchased tzatziki sauce |
Directions
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add garlic. Stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add tomato paste and seasoning blend. Stir in chicken broth. Add chicken thighs. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until warmed through. Using 2 forks or tongs, pull chicken thigh meat into bite-sized pieces. Simmer together 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve flatbreads with chicken mixture. Top with pickled red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley and tzatziki sauce.
