Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons shawarma blend seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Chicken Thighs
8 mini naan flatbreads, grilled or warmed
½ cup pickled red onion
2 cups diced cucumbers
2 cups diced cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Purchased tzatziki sauce

Directions

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add garlic. Stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add tomato paste and seasoning blend. Stir in chicken broth. Add chicken thighs. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until warmed through. Using 2 forks or tongs, pull chicken thigh meat into bite-sized pieces. Simmer together 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Serve flatbreads with chicken mixture. Top with pickled red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley and tzatziki sauce.
