Breakfast will never be the same when you use HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce to create Meatloaf Skillet Hash and Eggs. This tasty combination of meat and potatoes is easy to make and even easier to eat.

2 tablespoons oil
2 russet potatoes, cut into large dice
1 medium onion, cut into large dice
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Fully Cooked Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 fried eggs
Hot sauce, for serving


  1. Heat large cast iron, or heavy bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. Swirl to coat pan. Add potatoes. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

  2. Stir in butter and garlic. Add chopped meatloaf. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until meatloaf is crisped. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Top individual servings with an egg. Serve with hot sauce.
