Breakfast will never be the same when you use HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce to create Meatloaf Skillet Hash and Eggs. This tasty combination of meat and potatoes is easy to make and even easier to eat.
|2||russet potatoes, cut into large dice|
|1||medium onion, cut into large dice|
|1||red bell pepper, chopped|
|1||clove garlic, chopped|
|1||(15-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Fully Cooked Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce, chopped|
|Salt and pepper, to taste|
|Hot sauce, for serving|
Heat large cast iron, or heavy bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. Swirl to coat pan. Add potatoes. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Stir in butter and garlic. Add chopped meatloaf. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until meatloaf is crisped. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Top individual servings with an egg. Serve with hot sauce.
