Ingredients

8 ounces penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Chicken Breast warmed according to package directions and cut into strips
½ cup pesto sauce
cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into strips

Directions

  1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta. Cook until al dente, or according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta cooking water. Drain.

  2. In large skillet over medium heat oil. Stir in garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook 30 seconds or until fragrant.

  3. Stir in pasta, chicken, pesto, and sun-dried tomatoes tossing to coat evenly. Use reserved pasta water to loosen mixture if necessary.
