1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Pork Chops, chopped and warmed according to package directions
Street-sized corn or flour tortillas, warmed
Pineapple Salsa; recipe follows
Salsa verde
Lime wedges
Pineapple Salsa
1 cup chopped pineapple
½ chopped red onion
¼ chopped red pepper
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 serrano pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Serve warm pork in tortillas with Pineapple Salsa, salsa verde and lime.
