Ingredients
1 | (15-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Sliced Roast Beef and Gravy, sliced into bite-sized strips, gravy reserved |
¼ | fluid ounce water |
3 | tablespoons low sodium soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon brown sugar |
1 | tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
1 | tablespoon sesame oil |
2 | cloves garlic, minced |
1 | teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
1 | tablespoon oil |
1 | head broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups) |
Hot cooked rice | |
2 | tablespoons sesame seeds |
Directions
In small bowl, combine reserved gravy, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add broccoli florets. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes, or until broccoli is bright green and crisp-tender. Add beef. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Add gravy mixture. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce, beef and broccoli are coated and warmed throughout.
Serve over rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
