Ingredients
| 2 | (15-ounce) packages HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Slow Simmered Beef Shoulder Tips with Gravy |
| 1 | cup frozen whole kernel corn |
| 1 | cup frozen sweet peas, thawed |
| 1 | (20-ounce) package HORMEL® Homestyle Mashed Potatoes |
| 4 | ounces cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | tablespoon butter, softened |
| 1 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 | cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon chopped parsley, if desired |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Heat beef according to package directions. Stir in corn and peas. Spoon beef mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Cook potatoes according to package directions; spoon potatoes into a bowl. Add cream cheese, butter, and garlic powder; mashing until smooth. Spread potato mixture over vegetables; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
