Ingredients

 
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup beef broth
½ cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Pork Chops
1 tablespoon chopped parsley plus more for garnish

Directions

  1. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add onion. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until softened. Stir in garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Cook 1 minute. Whisk in beef broth. Bring to simmer. Cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Add cream and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add contents of pork package to skillet. Spoon sauce over pork chops. Lower heat to medium. Cook 3 to 4 minutes to heat pork chops in sauce thoroughly. Garnish with parsley.
