Ingredients

½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ medium onion, sliced
3 cups broccoli florets
1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
½ cup sliced green onion
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Pork Chops, chopped into bite-sized pieces
Ready to serve udon stir fry noodles (about 15-ounces)
Additional sliced green onions and chopped peanuts, for garnish if desired

Directions

  1. In bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and ginger.

  2. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat (or a touch higher even) until hot. Add onions, broccoli and carrots. Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes. Add green onions and pork. Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in soy mixture and noodles. Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Garnish with additional sliced green onions and chopped peanuts, if desired.
