¼ | cup brown sugar |
1 | tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
3 | cloves garlic, minced |
2 | teaspoons chili garlic sauce |
2 | teaspoons sesame oil |
1 | teaspoon fresh ginger, minced |
1 | tablespoon vegetable oil |
½ | medium onion, sliced |
3 | cups broccoli florets |
1 | medium carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks |
½ | cup sliced green onion |
1 | (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Pork Chops, chopped into bite-sized pieces |

Directions
In bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat (or a touch higher even) until hot. Add onions, broccoli and carrots. Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes. Add green onions and pork. Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in soy mixture and noodles. Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes.
Garnish with additional sliced green onions and chopped peanuts, if desired.
