Ingredients

1 cup water
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup water
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE® Flame Seared Pork Chops
Hot cooked rice and steamed broccolini for serving
Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish, if desired

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine 1 cup water, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger and garlic.

  2. In skillet over medium-high heat, empty contents of pork chops package. Warm pork chops 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in sauce mixture. Bring to simmer. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.

  3. Serve pork chops with rice and broccolini. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
