1 tablespoon peanut oil
8 ounces shiitake mushrooms
2 cups HORMEL® CURE 81® boneless ham, cut into strips
1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
8 ounces snow peas, trimmed
3 green onions, cut into ½-inch pieces
3 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean teriyaki sauce
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Cooked white rice


  1. In large wok or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes or until browned. Stir in ham, ginger and garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Add snow peas and next 3 ingredients, cooking until peas are crisp tender.

  3. Serve over rice.
