|8||ounces shiitake mushrooms|
|2||cups HORMEL® CURE 81® boneless ham, cut into strips|
|1||(2-inch) piece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced|
|2||garlic cloves, thinly sliced|
|8||ounces snow peas, trimmed|
|3||green onions, cut into ½-inch pieces|
|3||tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean teriyaki sauce|
|½||teaspoon crushed red pepper|
|Cooked white rice|
In large wok or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes or until browned. Stir in ham, ginger and garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Add snow peas and next 3 ingredients, cooking until peas are crisp tender.
Serve over rice.
