1 (16-ounce) container LLOYD’S® Seasoned Shredded Beef in Original BBQ Sauce
1 (15-ounce) can chili beans
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix
Suggested Toppings: Sour cream, diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese


  1. In a large skillet, combine LLOYD’S® Seasoned Shredded Beef in Original BBQ Sauce, undrained chili beans and diced green chilies. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly, stirring occasionally.

  2. Meanwhile prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions, except decrease milk to ¼ cup. Drop corn muffin mix by large spoonsful into six mounds over bubbling chili. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of dumpling comes out clean.

  3. Serve with Suggested Toppings.
